Booking Info

Private pool hire is available for one hour sessions, including changing time. We operate a strict one group in / one group out policy, so please wait outside the pool building until your allocated time slot. Our Pool Opening Times.

The pool is currently closed on Sundays but we will keep this under review depending on interest and demand.

The flat rate per session is £30, with a minimum of two swimmers and maximum of 8 swimmers per session.

Check our Book Now page to see what sessions we have available at any time – all single one-off sessions must be booked, paid for, managed and cancelled through the Book Now page.

To book regular multiple sessions; weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc, please check availability online and email info@manorhousepool.com to reserve your booking.

All private hire pool sessions must be booked and paid for in advance, and you must read & agree to our pool rules in order to make the booking.

On booking completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not attend a session before receiving an email from us.

Bookings can be cancelled by guests for any reason up to 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be given by clicking the Cancel link in your confirmation email.

If the pool has to close for essential maintenance we will contact guests as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an alternative suitable date and time.
